I tried "Best Phone Tools 3.0" on my iPhone. I've been looking for such an app for a long time and it's perfect. The only thing is that the Magnifier doesn't work. Also zooming is not working in the Mirror. But unexpectedly, zooming works fine on the bar code and QR code readers. I installed the app on my iPhone 5C, iOS 8.4, Jailbroken.
